Safety practices

  • M. Davis maintains a drug-free workforce. Our enforcement measures include pre-employment, random, for-cause and post-accident drug testing.
  • We conduct field audits to ensure work is done to OSHA, customer, and M. Davis standards.
  • We hold Toolbox Talks at least weekly at job sites.
  • Supervisors perform a safety task analysis with the crew for every job.
  • Our Safety Committee consists of team members from all trades.

Our goal is to always keep our workers safe by looking out for each other and alerting management to issues that may arise on the shop floor or on the job. That way, together, we are always ready to take on a challenge and exceed our customers’ expectations.
