PROBLEM OR TASK:

Install a Clean In Place (CIP) system that allowed Dogfish Head Brewery the ability to clean its process piping and tanks more efficiently. This project must be completed with minimal disruption to the brewing process and daily operational activities.

OUR SOLUTION OR DESCRIPTION OF WHAT WE DID:

MDavis designed, fabricated and installed an automated clean in place (CIP) system; including stainless steel tubing, electrical integration and control system programming.

UNIQUE CHARACTERISTICS OF OUR WORK:

During installation, MDavis worked closely with the Dogfish staff operating the production lines to insure that project activities did not disrupt either the brewing process or daily operational activities.
