Installation Of A New Product Production & Packaging Line

TASK:

To retrofit an existing space with a new production and packaging facility.

OUR SOLUTION OR DESCRIPTION OF WHAT WE DID:

Working only with P&ID drawings and direction from the client,

• MDavis developed the layout plan and design for piping and equipment that maximized process efficiency within the space available.
• we completed the installation of all required process and packaging equipment which included: fermentation tanks, blending tanks, pasteurization machines, filling machines, and more. We completed the fabrication, installation and welding of approximately 3000 linear feet of type 304 stainless steel tubing; and all, to F.D.A. guidelines.
• we provided the client with start-up assistance.

UNIQUE CHARACTERISTICS OF OUR WORK:

• This project was the largest of its kind undertaken by the client. The limited detailed design provided, and the tight schedule required, provided significant challenges throughout the project.
• Expedited schedule to meet the customers marketing objectives.
