Doughnut Line – Electrical Installation

Project Details

    • Installed new food grade production equipment.
    • Installed stainless steel conduit in food process areas.
    • Installed Ocal conduit in the food wash-down areas.
    • All conduit work was mounted and supported using food grade clamps and stainless steel hardware.
    • Installed bulk product handling and conveying systems such as silos, bulk bag unloaders, sifters, and blowers.
    • Installed all wiring and raceways for power and controls to integrate all customer systems.
    • Welded all stainless supports on customer stainless steel equipment.

 

Process Piping and Equipment Setting

M. Davis’ certified welders performed all the piping, including high-end and special alloy piping, and high-pressure piping.
