An Extraordinary Safety Program Yields An Exceptional Safety Record

At MDavis, safety is our highest priority and we are proud of our exceptional record.

To achieve this year after year, we employ a Safety and Health Team that consists of three safety professionals with a combined experience of over 50 years. Two of our safety professionals have Bachelor degrees in Safety and Health and are OSHA outreach trainers.

MDavis also has a safety committee that consists mainly of field employees. This committee was designed to get field employees involved in providing insight and perspective for decisions that are made about safety issues.

At MDavis, safety is everyone’s business. Therefore, our continuing education program for employees includes continuing safety courses that elevate the awareness and capabilities of everyone within our company of safety issues and techniques.

With the commitment of the Executive committee, supervisory staff, employees in the field, and the safety department, MDavis maintains injury rates and an EMR well below the industry average.
