Margaret (Peg) DelFabbro Named CEO
of MDavis

Wilmington, DE — June 1, 2009 — MDavis, a full-service mechanical and electrical contractor, has appointed Peggy DelFabbro to Chief Executive Officer. DelFabbro, formally Treasurer, will carry on the company founded by her great, great grandfather in 1870 and most recently led by her father, Charles R. Davis, who will now move into the role of chairman.

Just as her father did decades before her, Peggy started in the family business while still in high school. She spent her early years working in Accounts Payable/Receivable, as well as overseeing the office operations. She attended the University of Delaware, graduating in 1983 with a B.S. Business Administration. For the last twenty two years, Peggy has been working as Treasurer for MDavis. Managing all the financials including company budgets, tax management, extensive credit and collections. She is also heavily involved in contract execution, bid processing and personnel management.

Now, as the fifth generation, Peggy will continue to operate the business as it has in the past, with our goal being to provide the best service availability in the industries that we serve.
