American Air Liquide Vinci Project

M. Davis partnered with a construction management company and an engineering firm for this renovation and addition to American Air Liquide’s Newark, Delaware facility, which required our constructability expertise around multiple systems. It was a fast-track project that encompassed design/build and coordination capabilities within tight conditions.

Our team ensured that the proposed layouts were conducive to end user ease of use. With seven miles of piping running throughout this very tight installation, we had to do extensive coordination drawings that enabled all trade systems to be installed properly within their own space. M. Davis took the lead in the coordination process so that all system piping, ductwork, and electrical, along with architectural features, were built without major conflicts that would affect project cost and schedule, and operations.
